I will always strive to meet your child where they are at. If they are at grade level, ahead, or behind, I do not judge. Instead I know that learning is a special time and is different for each child. 

I always have learned best, kinesthetically, which in short means learning by doing. This can be through crafts, games, or just simply figuring it out. Now I would never leave your child high and dry and tell them to figure it out. I encourage trying but never not helping if they need help. 

I strive to never leave a session if a child gets frustrated or confused. I will spend the extra time needed to encourage the child as well.

I am not just a tutor, I am a human just like everyone else. I want to get to know you, your child, and your family. What are your interests. If I learn that, I can guide my lessons to perk interests and make learning even more fun!
